Kewpie Doll

EXTREMELY ACTIVE! 

We acquired this item from an elderly woman we know that is in her 80's. She was extremely afraid of this and wanted it out of her home.

When she came to us with it, she placed it on table, backed away from it and said "I need to get rid of this. This is bad, and I need out of my house." That's just how it happened, she was truly petrified of it.

IMMEDIATELY we started the investigation to determine what is attached to this small, simple item.

The woman we aquired this from got it in a strange way while in Italy, at an outdoor market from a vendor whom she got into an arguement with. The vendor cursed this object and threw it, hitting the woman. Thinking nothing of it, the woman picked it up and took it with her.
After getting home, a feeling of dread and negative feeling filled the woman. Shortly after she suspected the kewpie doll, and to her suprise, her fears were confirmed.

The Kewpie Doll was given to us in the small metal case, wrapped in the gray cloth. We placed black felt in the original metal case to better display and secure the doll. The glass dome with the felt covered wood base is included.

THIS IS A CURSED OBJECT - Our suggestion to the next owner... after receiving this item, adhere the metal case to the stand, and seal the glass dome to the base. We do not believe that a glass enclosure can contain such energy, it's simply so others do not touch or come in direct contact with this item.
